Siemens needed a better way for HVAC technicians to manage complex building systems in the field. The challenge was to turn technical controls, equipment data, and layered workflows into a digital experience that felt clear and easy to use.
The work started by mapping how technicians move through their day, from monitoring equipment and diagnosing issues to configuring systems across multiple locations. These workflows shaped the UX, wireframes, and interface design, helping us turn complex tasks into clear paths and consistent interactions. A flexible component library connected it all, giving the product a shared visual language built to scale.
The result is a digital system that makes complex information easier to understand and everyday tasks faster to complete. It gives technicians more control in the field while creating a strong foundation for new features, workflows, and future products.
